Exeter Trophey 2023/24
This year The Exeter Trophey was help at Trevose Golf and Country club. We had 10 university of Nottingham Golf Players compete over the three days.

Our very own Morgan Thomas commanded to a fantastic victory, one of three shes accomlised in this 2023/24 season
Also Judd Sundleson Had a extremely impressive final day in difficult weather to get himself into a playoff. He narrowly missed out but and great effort to finish second for the week.

A mention to Isaac Bond, Doug Christopher and Tom Morris who made the cut.
Semester 2 Beginner Sessions
After the great success of our beginner sessions in semester 1 of the 2021/22 academic year, they have returned for semester 2.
​
These sessions help students to learn the basics of golf to a level where they are confident to head out onto the golf course and even join our development squad.

2021/22 Captains Cup
Created new for this year, the Captains' Cup is the first major of the season. Taking place just before the Christmas break, the Captains' Cup is a 1 round strokeplay event, with the winner taking home the stunning Captains' Cup.
​
The overall event was won by 1's player Cameron Newman. With extremely tough conditions out on the course, Cam was able to remain in control, shooting 2-over par to take the victory.
​
The net event was won by General Secretary Sohpie Brooke, winning on countback after being tied with 2 other players coming into the clubhouse.
​
We thank all members for taking part and look forward to our next major.
2020/21 Charity Day
At the end of the 2020/21 academic year we took to the golf course for 24 hours straight to raise over £1,500 for the Golf Foundation.
​
The Golf Foundation help young people to ‘Start and Stay’ in golf by making their introduction to the game fun, innovative, inspiring, inclusive and enriching.
​
They take simplified versions of the game to schools and community groups, introduce children to golf clubs, teach playing and transferable life skills, and enable youngsters to keep playing and enjoying the game for years to come.
